You are correct, Mr. Hayman.
If Keely had specifically stated that somebody was not following zoning
laws, when in fact they were, that would be considered slanderous.
I do sense a degree of sarcasm in her statement:
"Does the vision of Doug Wilson and his elders and the fellows at NSA for a
transformed culture include a society where people obey zoning laws imposed
by civil authority and eschew lying en masse to one's neighbors?"
Yet I fail to read anything where it clearly crosses the "slander" line.
Or are you suggesting that people can be guilty of slander by mere
"implication".
But then, it's not like she accused anybody of placing a used prophylactic
in her mailbox or having flung dung.
