[Vision2020] Old Moscow Reservoir

Robinson Lake was never a drinking water reservoir. It was a CCC 
built recreation area that promptly silted in when the land upstream 
was put to the plow. I assume it was drained to prevent it blowing 
out as it's storage capacity was less than half of what it was 
originally due to the siltation.
