Dick Sherwin stated:

" . . . the Iraqi's themselves are more concerned with which religious sect
is going to be in control than in forming a government of, by and for all
the people."

That, Mr. Sherwin, is a thumb-nail definition of a civil war.  Whether it be
Sunni/Shiite (in 21st century Iraq) or North/South (in 1860 US), it is what
defines a civil war, something we have absolutely no reason to involve
ourselves in.
