[Vision2020] alternative routes

I hope 3rd or 6th is open before school starts.  The heavier traffic moving a higher speeds on 1st past Russell school bodes ill.

I had a good time finding alternative routes yesterday and discovered a couple of gems.  I wasn't creative this morning, but I plan to be at lunch.  Anyone find any nuggets in traversing Moscow yesterday?  I found that I made good time taking HWY 8 to Blaine instead of 3rd or D Streets. -Tom
