After cruising across town doing some errands, I realized that Donovan
and I were talking about apples and oranges.  I'd left for work early
enough this morning that I thought the signs had come in behind me
closing Third Street from Cleveland to Monroe for a resurfacing.  The
part that's closed now is ITD's baby, part of the reconstruction of
Washington street/US95.

In other words, Donovan, you ain't seen nothin'  yet.
