I too must disagree with Bill London, and am frankly offended that he  would suggest something so disrespectful to the cultural and religious  beliefs of many people in our community. I think many of those people  buried in the Moscow Cemetery are more deserving of the water then many  of the people alive in Moscow today. I for one probably have as many  relatives beneath the ground in the Moscow Cemetery as I do walking  around in the city. 
  
 I say if Bill London is so into  preserving the water in Moscow he may not take any. But please, do not  suggest cutting the water off to my family and their resting place. May  the spirits of my relatives haunt you for such suggestions.

determined by irrigation.  I think this Council's special deal on cheap
water for the cemetery is foolish.  The cemetery district officials should
not have made that request.
