[Vision2020] ice rink

Are you kidding me? Donovan, you are a total idiot, and that was a personal
attack. People are trying to have serious conversations about important
aspects and topics that relate to the well being of the ENTIRE populatin
that makes up Moscow and surrounding areas. You comment about people
skating down the pathways at UI is a prime eample of your lack of knowledge
and insignifigant contribution to society, that too was a personal attack.

Since you are someone who seems to think you represent people, I am
wondering which people you represent? Do you represent 2 year olds throwing
fits? You obviously are representing yourself when you spew vomit on V2020
and expect people to actually appreciate your supposed concern for the poor,
the needy, and otherwise general population of the Palouse. You do not
represent anyone but yourself, and frankly you do not do that very well.

Now to address your question in regaards to people using the sidewalks to
skate on during the winter months.

If you had a clue about Moscow city ordinances, then obviously you would not
have opened your mouth. The following link explains the law as it applies
to sidewalks in the winter.

http://www.moscow.id.us/citycode/TITLE05/chapter9.pdf

Also, how safe do you think it is to skate on sidewalks in the winter time?
Does the University own a minature Zamboni? Do you even know what a Zamboni
does?

Pull your head out of your ass and answer serious questions with serious
answers. You expect people to do the same for you.

Dumbass!
Tim

" 'Politics is the art of controlling your environment.' That is one of the
key things I learned in these years, and I learned it the hard way. Anybody
who thinks that 'it doesn't matter who's President' has never been Drafted
and sent off to fight and die in a vicious, stupid War on the other side of
the World -- or been beaten and gassed by Police for trespassing on public
property -- or been hounded by the IRS for purely political reasons -- or
locked up in the Cook County Jail with a broken nose and no phone access and
twelve perverts wanting to stomp your ass in the shower. That is when it
matters who is President or Governor or Police Chief. That is when you will
wish you had voted." - Hunter S. Thompson
