Tim, why should the taxpayers of Moscow have to pay for an

I agree with Chris here.  The ice rink is an important element for the 
Moscow community.  The rink provides opportunities for people of all ages on 
the Palouse to engage in much needed physical activity through the dreary 
winter months.

So much like Chris said, what are your motives?  Where do you stand on the 
future health and obesity rate of the local Palouse community?  Do you have 
any idea what you are talking about when you write emails about the ice 
rink, ball fields, and anything related to physical activity?  What are your 
credentials that makes you such a know it all when it comes to community 
issues related to the youth and their participation in quality organized and 
structured sports and physical activities?

P.S. Moscow does not need a high tech video game center unless the games 
incorporate the use of physical activity much like Dance Dance Revolution.  
Technology would be a great addition to the community, but Moscow should not 
encourage the children to stay indoors and play video games.  Do you want to 
replace parents too with video games and technology?
