[Vision2020] Electricity outage

Thanks, Mr. Nielsen.  I live in NW (I guess -- definitely the north part of
town off Orchard) Moscow & we lost power about 11:40 PM.  I think it was
about 3:45 AM when power came on . . . at least, that's about the time I
woke up to the lights being back on.

On the bright side, I rediscovered how wonderful candle light looks
throughout the house  :-)  Once I rounded up all those candles, that is
:-)))

It was off in SW Moscow from 12:10 to 3:45 AM. That was a long time.  
Previously it has been off for just a second or two, just enough to throw
off clocks, stoves, microwave cookers, computers, etc. If it hadn't been for
a very bright moon we would have had a wonderful view of the stars.
