There are 7,317 Agency and Department heads, senior managers and supervisors 
in the Executive Branch.  There are a couple thousand similar level jobs at 
DoD that are part of that.

Of those people working at that level of government, maybe 70-100 in total 
are neo-Conservatives and of those only 12 that we have established are 
Jewish and that in the 7,317 figure.

Now it seems to me that by listing only Jews in the leadership of any sort 
of Neo-Conservative definition and by consistently listing Jews as leaders 
when their numbers are indeed tiny as a percentage of total Executive 
Management in the Federal Government, the persons doing the listing have an 
agenda.  They are suggesting in essence that this tiny band of folks has 
power to Wag the Dog.

There are literally hundreds of people who are part of PNAC.  Of that group 
perhaps 10% of the total is Jewish.  So why, when the name of PNAC comes up, 
are 50-100% of the names mentioned as part of that organization Jewish?

If you look at the David Duke and Neo-Nazi websites and propaganda, you will 
discover that doing that sort of thing is a method of claiming that Jews 
have too much power and therefore control of the US Government.  The same is 
used as a trick of propaganda by Islamist websites and by Hamas and 
Hezbollah.

The conjunction of Islamist and Palestinian Groups with the Peace Movement 
is the reason I believe that the current Wag the Dog scenario is playing 
out.  The arguments are the same as you can find on Yahoo Jewish chat 
whenever Muslim and neo-Nazi chatters enter the boards there or the 
arguments that have been de jure in various Palestinian groups on Yahoo and 
elsewhere on the net.

You get the same old Khazar argument, the same anti-Semitism must include 
Arabs and therefore Arabs can not be anti-Semites, the same insistence that 
however anti-Semitic the comment it is only directed at "Zionists" and that 
by showing it to be anti-Semitic you are stuffing critique of Israeli 
Policies.  And because many well thinking people in the Peace Movement do 
not spend the time to look into things, they end up parroting things which 
are indeed anti-Semitic and then are shocked when they are called on it.

Jews do not control US Policy in the Middle East.  Jews do not control the 
US Media.  Jews do not control US Business.  Jews are a tiny fraction of the 
elite power structure of the Executive Branch of the Federal Government.  
Jewish Lobby Groups on Capitol Hill have less than 1% of the budget spent by 
all lobby groups and only 10% of the budget spent by Pro-Arab lobby groups.

WASP members of PNAC and of the administration are higher level movers and 
shakers, the Cabinet level rather than Under Secretary level of National 
Administration.  The bulk of the leaders of the Defense Industry, the Oil 
Industry and of the Fortune 500 are WASPs.

Ask yourself, if somebody said that African Americans controlled American 
Foreign Policy, what sort of reception they would get.  Powell and Rice were 
at least at the Cabinet Level, but any bigot who tried to claim that African 
Americans were in charge of our overseas policies would be laughed at 
derisively.

Why, considering the above facts, is it not the same when Jewish officials 
at lower levels than the cabinet are involved?
