Greetings Visionaires -

On September 6, 2005 Roy Atwood wrote a letter to the City of Moscow
Planning and Zoning Commission seeking government subsidized parking.

On September 14, 2005 Scott Bauer wrote a reply to the City of Moscow
Planning and Zoning Commission arguing that NSA should not receive free
government subsidized parking.
