[Vision2020] conserving gasoline

During lunch at the "City Repair" presentation last Friday, Tom LaPointe, 
operator of the Valley Transit bus line in Moscow and Lewiston, mentioned to 
me that the "magic number" in this area seems to be at about $2.70 a gallon. 
He said that when gas prices got to that level, he saw significant changes 
in ridership and inquiries.
