[Vision2020] Correction to "foot in mouth disease"

Dear Visionaries:

I mentioned hurricanes Hugo and Andrew as examples of strong, coordinated FEMA responses.  I got that wrong; I should have left Andrew out of there.  Andrew was in 1992, making it a Bush I hurricane, and the federal response was atrocious.  Daddy Bush was heavily criticized for his slow reaction to the crisis in Florida, and he offered many of the same self-justifcations that Bush II is now offering.  

I was thinking of Hugo and and another big Clinton-era hurricane whose name I forget.  Not Andrew.  I'll check in with my middle sister, who's an insurance claims adjuster.  I'm bad on names, but she remembers every hurricane as if she went to high school with it.
