Aaron Ament makes a purely keen non-intolerant point, "my issue is a 
purely legal one, not tainted by intolerance of you or of your religion.  
I will fight the downtown schools, but I have no will or intention to 
fight with you."

Those Schools he wishes to fight are purely religious schools, with 
religious tenets and religious students. One of the schools is in a purely 
religious building with a staff of purely religious individuals. Why 
doesn't he file a complaint about the other non-religious schools that are 
out of compliance with his purely legal understanding of the Code?
