As has been and can be noted, several businesses not associated with a 
church or THE church in the CBD have repeatedly been targets of behavior 
unbecoming of those claiming to be adults.  It is NOT unique to the NuArt 
and they need to stop feeling like they are being singled out...they are 
not!  If they are sustaining claimable damage, they need to work with their 
insurance company to seek different ways to guard their building.  A camera 
strategically placed is one idea for both the NuArt and the NSA buildings.
