[Vision2020] Refugees (was Delete)

Tom’s idea has some merit. My thought was that there are so many 
suddenly-homeless people that the local areas may be overwhelmed by the 
numbers. It would be fairly easy for a community our size to absorb 
another couple of dozen people, but not hundreds or thousands.
