[Vision2020] Palouse Water Summit

Time to roll up your sleeves and instead of rolling your eyes and carping, 
the people who want to see conservation and those who want to see real 
economic development need to get themselves to the University Inn here in 
Moscow for the Palouse Water Summit.

The Summit is free, so lack of funds is no excuse.

Its only Thursday afternoon and Friday Morning, so its not something that 
will gobble a lot of time.
