[Vision2020] Capitalist Voting (was "Bugger Moscow")

For God's sake, Arnold -

Those people that have filed zoning complaints with the Moscow City Council
live within the city of Moscow. If you feel that the city council has erred
by allowing the complaint to proceed, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Personally, I
find your angst here on the V2020 listserve to be extremely immature.

As far as Rose, Joan, and Melynda are concerned - They are merely expressing
their opinions concerning the city of Moscow of which they are entitled.

You stated:

"People that CARED about their community and THEIR government would not do
that, would they?"

They most certainly would, Arnold. Those filed complaints are a form of
protest. In my opinion protest is the sincerest form of patriotism and
community concern. Protesting reflects that people care enough about their
city that they will stand up and complain when they see a wrong committed,
unlike some who restrict their response to immature whinings on a public
listserve, or worse yet - hiding behind a self-serving blog and "throwing
rocks".

I have actively participated in several protests during the course of my
life. Don't tell me that I don't care.

Agreed. Just look at all the people trying to rip at
each other over Moscow zoning codes, especially people
that do not even live in Moscow. Even trying to shut
down two high schools,a private elementary school, a
college, a university, a theater,and a locally owned
grocery store. And nobody even asked, "Why?". People
that CARED about their community and THEIR government
would not do that, would they?

Take Care,

PS, Is that your shaved three legged castrated one
eyed kitten roaming around the neighborhood?
