[Vision2020] Flag Display Was Disturbing

Thank you, Ellen.

I found it particularly interesting that the huge Confederate battle flag was displayed as the backdrop for the band at the Christ Church/NSA party on the... (drum roll, please)... Fourth of July. Guess they couldn't find an American flag or even the old colonial "Betsy Ross" flag with 13 stars, so they went with the Confederate flag?!! It wasn't a "leadership seminar" featuring Robert E. Lee, it was a party on our nation's birthday. Good grief.

Did someone say it was illegal?

Some people find the confederate flag offensive and in bad taste. It is viewed as a symbol that represents ideas that have about as much place in Moscow as does a swastika.
