[Vision2020] Chasuk's piece on New West

Dear Visionaries,

Our very own Chasuk (Chas Warren) has kindly consented to tweak a 
recent post he sent to Vision 2020 about his time at Taif Air Force 
Base in Saudi Arabia and post it to New West as a Contributing Writer.  
The result is honest, insightful, and thought-provoking, and it 
reflects very well on the undeserving but very grateful Northern Idaho
