Agreed Mark.  

Apathy?  Students?  At least there were 869 more voters than two years
ago.  Slowly but surely?

I think Stephanie Kalasz would be tickled with a 65% turnout.

It's very sad that only 31% of Moscow seems to care about voting.

FYI - Prescott had a 65% turnout, which is still disappointing.
