Yes, Bill, exactly like how you spoke as the Chair of
the Vision 2020 Questioning Committee and denounced
certain candidates and openly supported others. 

But again, SHOW us where in any state, federal, or
Moscow City Ordinance a minister cannot testify before
the city council?
