Actually Tom, if you want the spelling of the name BIvret its NaysBeth.
But rather than play games with names and even further games trying to shot
messengers, if you are really out to see cleaner and better water, why not
spend the time to post Mark Soloman and John Bush's research proposal?
PBAC and IDWR are going to make the call on which projects get funded in
that $450,000 glot of money that just dropped in from the legistlature.
They are trying to make a call on which of three things get done;
1. A passive recharge test which would connect the Sediment of Bovill with
the Wanapum and potentially with the Vantage Sands that would replace the
need to use treated waste water on the new playing fields here in town.
2. A passive well test to connect the Grande Ronde and the Wanapum.
3. John and Marks planned program which would study the recharge areas
along the Granitic margin to get accurate information on the role of the
interface between the granite highlands and the varous units of the Latah
Sediment and granite saprolite.
The Bush/Solomon plan would have a major benefit in long term planning to
see that areas of recharge are preserved in the future. So far, it has not
got a lot of people pushing to see that it ends up the prefered plan and its
more likely that the study money will end up going to help irrigate the new
Moscow Park.

PS Tom, you were the one posting and cheering on the POW site.
