So as soon as you "undiscriminate" against one (or two or five)
group(s), you are automatically discriminating against everyone else.

Why have the city council pass something that is merely a "paper tiger"?
There are many more important issues in this community that need taken
care of rather than piddling around with feel-good-isms.
