It appears to me, Kai Eiselein, that you are the only person suggesting any
reference to religious affiliation concerning the complaint filed against
New Saint Andrews College.  Have you got ANY evidence to this claim?  Or is
this simply more hot air?

Apart from your suggested religious implications on the part of Mr. Leon's
and the Moscow School of Massage, you identify two other attributes that
separates them from New Saint Andrews College, those being curriculum and
profit (by Mr. Leon's and the massage school).  These differences are
significantly associated with the city code's definition of a "trade
school", thus making them rightfully eligible for an address within the
central business district.

As far as NSA is concerned, you can play any tune you wish, that monkey
simply will not dance, at least not in step with the lyrics of the Moscow
city zoning code.
