[Vision2020] "No free meal, whatever...?

Ted,

Ted, can you please explain to us how humans could
CREATE THEIR OWN ENERGY? I am interested how this is
possible?

I also do not feel bad about consuming huge amounts of
energy because I do not destroy it and when I am done
with it, it is always in the same amount as when I was
started with it, albeit maybe in another form, but as
usable to something, someone, or some creature.
