[Vision2020] Palouse Empire Mall rejects Public Transportation...

Garrett,

We need some names and phone numbers to pin the blame on this screw up. I 
don't use the bus but I can't believe anyone would make a decision like 
this. The manager of this mall must be a spy from Wal-Mart and graduated at 
the bottom of his 3rd grade class.
