No it is not. I keep it open to keep my poor staff. Yes, I lose money during
the summer.

This is hardly a plan, this is merely a suggestion.  I won't consider this a
plan until
I see where you would like to cut the 10% from.  Break down the budget,
propose your suggested cuts, and then I will call your suggestion a plan.

Show us some truthful numbers, team up with Dale and Jack and make some
graphs or charts.  I want to see a scatterplot and a stemplot, then a pie
chart with colors, and a histogram.  Do some
more work on your suggestion and propose it as a plan.  Then run for school
board and see if anyone believes the bull you spew.

Show me one item of "spew" that has been presented to you. Then show me the 
facts" coming out of the school district. Can you answer why more employees
keep being added to the payroll when we have declining student population
and enrollment? Prudent management?

Mail me a copy of the facts and I will develop my own opinion.
