[Vision2020] Levy elections, dead horses, and WWPD?

Phil Roderick has managed to continue beating a very dead horse into an 
unrecognizable mass of hair, cartilage, and blood. The election is over, and 
Mr. Roderick has managed to be a sore winner.  Instead of looking over your 
shoulder at April 26th and what was a decisive victory for your side, Phil, 
how about turning your head forward and offer a community that turns its 
lonely eyes to you, the answer to the burning question, WWPD?  Shout it out
