[Vision2020] wireless public access points

Thanks for the reminder Mark.  That needs to be added to the website.  The
very newest, to be added today as well, is the Palouse Inn.  Now every motel
in Moscow in Pullman either has Ethernet, wireless or both.  Pretty good for
a little town eh?
