Lindsey,

     "You wrote, "Yes, please do continue to point out grammatical errors in 
emails!" OK. When you quote someone, you are not suppose to go to the next 
line, like you did in quoting me, unless there are more then 40 words in the 
quote. Second, unless you are writing a formal professional business letter, 
you are suppose to indent, five spaces, when starting a new paragraph. When 
writing your title, it should be on the next line beneath your name. In 
addition, when starting a letter, you should address who it is that you are 
addressing in the letter.  Finally,"ultra" should be capitalized and 
"Liberal" should not be capitalized.
