[Vision2020] California Gay-Marriage Ban Ruled Unconstitutional

Again it is quite simple and logical.  

 

Adoption of an amendment to the US Constitution, or any state constitution,
that defines (a better word would be "restricts") marriage strictly as a
union between a man and woman, promotes DISCRIMINATION which is in clear
violation of the 14th amendment to the US Constitution.

 

No matter how you paint it, it is discrimination and it is wrong.
