[Vision2020] Re: Slander v. Libel

Perhaps it is petty of me, or perhaps I'm mistaken, but shouldn't
"Gregory C. Dickison, Lawyer" know the difference between slander
(which is "1 : defamation of a person by unprivileged oral
communication made to a third party; also : defamatory oral
statements" according to Merriam-Webster's Dictionary of Law, © 1996
Merriam-Webster, Inc.) and libel, (which is "2 a : a defamatory
statement or representation in the form of written or printed words;
specifically : a false published statement that injures an
individual's reputation (as in business) or otherwise exposes him or
her to public contempt " according to the same dictionary)? Food for
thought.
