It was!?! When did the UI try to relocate downtown?
Second, why would it want to move locations? I always
thought that UI started before there was a downtown
zoning code that established the term "educational
institution." I also was under the impression that UI
did own and operate buildings downtown since UI
employees work there and have phone numbers that start
with (208)885-.

I guess we learn something new everyday.
