Pat,

Recently, I think there is a little better traffic flow for those turning 
left onto 3rd Street from Washington.  However, I think this was achieved by 
adjusting the lights on Main Street.  [There was an interesting comedy of 
errors while these adjustments were being made.]  The overall effect seems 
to slow substantially the eastward/westward flow on both 3rd and 6th 
Streets.

Anyone else notice this or any other differences?
