[Vision2020] Mouthwash has more alcohol--Ban them from students too!

As for me, I've never broken an Idaho state law, but
when I was in Moscow I experimented with mouthwash a
time or two, and I didn't like it. I didn't ingest it,
and never tried it again.

OMG!! Students are consuming MOUTHWASH!!?  I'm afraid
at 21% alcohol I won't be able to provide everyone
with fishbowls tho. . . .I only have a license for
