There are various methods of awarding electoral votes based on the vote percentages presidential candidates receive for states that do not award electoral votes in a winner take all fashion, but based on a proportional allocation of electoral votes based on the statewide vote for each candidate for president, the trend for voting percentages in Idaho for democrats would certainly at least award one of Idaho's electoral votes to the democratic candidate.
