[Vision2020] Making the switch to a local ISP

Not quite since its inception Joan.  A decade ago,
v2020 was on the University of Idaho majordomo server.
 I signed to just about everything on that server and
I still get email from the vandal list server
(sports), first monday (law), and linux
(self-explanatory).

Nonetheless - great plug for First Step.  They've done
a terrific job hosting V2020.
