[Vision2020] Using scripture on public forums

John D's use of scripture displays his obvious ignorance of spiritural
understanding. This is not a forum in which you are being asked to defend
your belief in Christ, which is what these scriptures are referring to (and
much more to those who actually do have a relationship with Christ, which
means an understanding of the WHOLE Bible in context). Going out to the
biblegateway and searching for a subject and pulling scriptures does not
indicate your personal relationship with Christ, nor your understanding of
the scriptures. For example, 1 Peter 3:15 is referring to the fact that if
someone asks you about your faith in Christ, be ready to give them an answer
about why you believe. Someone would ask you IF they actually saw something
in your life that they wanted to understand. Reasonable/sane people are
not impressed by one's ability to post scripture on the internet --
especially if it comes from another internet source. Ha!
More than anything, John D has confirmed Jackie's point.
