Please, the Office of the Secretary of State for the State of Idaho is not 
clear enough for you?  The filing of all political contributions is online 
there and a readily searchable index.

As for the other, please take the time to Read Mark Soloman on the subject.  
Mark has been involved in Democratic State politics for a year or two and 
readily ackknowledges the Jackson day dinner was indeed a standard and that 
Jeffereson was a late add on to balance it.  I suggest that if you are 
interested in attendfing a Jefferson Jackson day dinner in our area you 
contect the State Democratic Central Committee and that they can direct you 
to where the one here in Latah County will be held this year.  I believe its 
next month in October, but I am more interested in the Lincoln day dinner 
that the GOP runs myself.
