[Vision2020] Sirens

Read the police reports in any college city. They go up across the community when the students return. Greek row does have many 'sirens' on any college campus...ask a cop.

  I think we can attribute the increase in activity on ALL college students, not necessarily singling out fraternity men. I have lived on and off campus when I was a student, and there was just as much trouble making in the apartment complexes I lived in....
