NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

A public meeting at which you may be present and speak will be conducted
before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Moscow at which
time the matter will be discussed and for which public input will be
solicited:

Appropriate non-residential zoning districts for schools, commercial
schools, and educational institutions. The result of theses considerations
may result in future City Code amendments and/or may impact abilities of
various kinds of schools to locate or exist in non-residentially zoned parts
of town. This meeting is not intended to discuss specific schools at
specific locations. It is intended to take public input on what types of
schools belong in which non-residential zones and by what means. For
example, should schools be allowed in the Central Business (CB) Zoning
District? Should commercial schools be allowed in the Motor Business (MB)
Zoning District? Should colleges/educational institutions be allowed in the
General Business (GB) Zoning District? Should they be allowed by right, or
require public hearings?

HEARING DATE: Wednesday, August 10, 2005.

HEARING LOCATION: Council Chambers, Second Floor, Moscow City Hall

                                                206 East Third Street,
Moscow, Idaho

MEETING TIME: 7:30 p.m.

time for the application advertised in this notice. Multiple hearings
and/or agenda items may make it difficult to determine hearing start time,
which could occur late in the meeting.
