[Vision2020] Beer and Wine Garden Clarification

Hello Folks,

I do hope that all attendees and other participants nationwide have 
been informed of this, the "opening" of the Square, and so forth, and 
not the paltry few of V2020 only, lest confusion occur on a larger 
scale.
