OUT OF HIS VERY OWN MOUTH. REMEMBER? HE ALSO TOLD ALL OF US, "THE WETLANDS COULD BE MADE INTO A VERY NICE APPEALING AREA." MY COUNTY MAP OF THE PROPOSED TRAIL SITE SHOWS A FLOOD PLAIN. MORE THAN 1/3 OF THE TOTAL 40 ACRES ARE INDEED IN A FLOOD PLAIN. WHAT MAP ARE YOU LOOKING AT? NO ONE SAID, "THE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING WILL FLOOD." SHOW US THE ESTIMATES BASED ON "SOLID, RELIABLE, BUT NOT EXTRAVAGENT...", SO WE CAN COMPARE. GOD KNOWS MANY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN THIS FIELD HAVE OFFERED TO REVIEW THIS PLAN. GIVE IT TO THEM. DID I HEAR THAT YOU GET TO CHOSE THE APPRAISER? THE APPRAISER IS COMING FROM THE SCHOOL DISTRICT? HMMMMM. I REMEMBER YOU TELLING ALL OF US THE APPRAISER WILL BE A THIRD PARTY, UNINTERESTED AND NOT BIASED APPRAISER. ALL OF US KNOW THE DISTRICT APPRAISER IS NOT A THIRD PARTY. HEEELLLL0000000. REMEMBER ONE OF THE CONTINGENCIES TO GET THE 30 ACRES YOU GOTTA BUY 10 AND THERE IS TO BE A SECURITY FENCE? REMEMBER DAVE TRAILS WORDS,  "CHEAP CHAIN LINK WOULD BE OK." I TOLD DAVE TRAIL AS WELL AS V2020, THAT CHEAP CHAIN LINK IS NOT CHEAP. IT WOULD COST WELL OVER 150,000.00 INCLUDING GATES TO FENCE  THE ACREAGE. TO SWEETEN THE POT TRAIL ALL OF A SUDDEN SAYS THAT HE WILL REBATE THE COST OF THE FENCE? I HAVE JUST SAVED THE SCHOOL DISTRICT A HUGE CHUNK OF CHANGE. CAN YOU IMAGINE IF THIS LEVY PASSED AND THE TRAILS SAID, "WHERE IS MY SECURITY FENCE?" WHERE ON EARTH WOULD WE GET THIS MONEY? ANOTHER LEVY? BUT WE KNOW THAT IS COMING ANYWAY. I AM SURE GLAD I BROUGHT THE CHEAP CHAIN LINK FENCE TO EVERYONE'S ATTENTION. CAUSE IT IS NOT CHEAP. REMEMBER FOLKS, THE SECURITY FENCE IS NO WHERE ON ANY BID JUST IN THE TRAILS LETTER TO THE SCHOOL DISTRICT "GIFT."  NOW YOU ALL SEE WHY DOCUMENTATION IS SO IMPORTANT.
