[Vision2020] clarifying point 8

I want to be clear on point 8 of my earlier post -- I didn't type as 
carefully as I intended to.

The Trail family has said they will give back the cost of the fencing to the 
District from the sale of the 10 acres.  The sale of the 10 acres obviously 
isn't equal to the cost of the fence.
