Fw: RE: [Vision2020] KEM on CQE and $$$

I would like to put this in as kind a manner as I can for everyone:

CQE is a PRIVATE, non-GOVERNMENTLY sanctioned/run/financed organization. As
such they are not required to devulge any financial information to anyone at
any time for any reason. It's like an organization that is specifically
targeting any other cause - they are private and have the ability and right
to stay that way. Anyone giving to them is under no obligation to denote
what they have given, either in percentages or in actual sums. It's like
giving to the March of Dimes or Boy Scouts - unless you are claiming it on
your taxes, it really is no one's business how much you have given nor it is
those organizations' place to tell anyone what you have given. Even then,
that's between you and your taxman or accountant - not the general public.

On a side note - it really should not matter (I realize someone is going to
disagree) what any ONE person or organization has given to CQE...the point
is CQE does have funds to run their ads and print their flyers for a cause
they are fighting/working for. NONE of those monies are derived from the
MSD school budget. I am sure the Trails and other families give a lot of
time and/or money to a lot of different causes. We, as the public, do not
have the right to ask them to line-item those donations no matter how much
another person wants to know.

I hope that helps. ;)
