[Vision2020] From "Southern Slavery As It Was" to "Black and Tan" to "Regenerate But Unreconstructed"

This debate concerning Wilson's and Wilkins' "Southern Slavery As It Was"
has been going on for quite some time now.  The latest debate, after the
pamphlet has been literally reduced to a couple paragraphs in the newly
re-titled "Regenerate But Unreconstructed", concerns its authenticity and
questionable title.

Let me put an end to this debate ONCE AND FOR ALL.  The title of a
book/pamphlet/couple of paragraphs should reflect exactly what is bound
between the two covers.

I offer to Mr. Wilson not only title, but a cover design that truly reflects
the credentials of its authors.
