[Vision2020] Schools and voters

Pat -no one wants to stir the pot. Just the facts. Could someone ask Dr.. Donicht of this instance and report back to us what the nature of this is?

Do you know in fact there were two separate issues (someone else chime in here) that just happened to take place at the same time? If you do, please tell us here. About the situation in question, please.
