It's a one, two, three kind of deal.
 
1.    The BOE is statutorily mandated to review  property tax exemptions 
annually.
2.    Any member of the public has a right to ask  for BOE evaluation of 
non-profit organizations who receive government subsidies  in the form of property 
tax relief.
3.    Those organizations who receive the benefit  should be eager to provide 
the necessary documentation  that demonstrates their transparency, 
financially  responsible management, and adherence to state and federal statues related  
to their organization.
 
No need to whine, bluster, threaten or re-state the argument in  self-pitying 
hyperbole. If public scrutiny is not your favorite dish,  don't dine at the 
government cafe.
