[Vision2020] Sociopath

I was referring to sociopathy, churches, radio shows, civic duty, etc., in 
Phil's post, as well as the occasional arguments against the bond that seem 
to have little to do with the proposal itself.  My engagement with Phil, 
public and private, ostensibly has been about the bond and I was noting that 
it would be preferable to discuss bond-related issues with bond-related 
facts.  I'm unsure how to respond to his other interests, but I assumed, 
perhaps wrongly, that the "civic duty" had to do with me.

I don't know how this thread (started by Rose Huskey) came to be 
confused/intertwined with the School Bond threads.  Phil apparently merged 
the two.  I see nothing in the original three or four postings that referred 
to the bond issue in any way.  Perhaps you can show me where I am mistaken.
